"To prepare for service and learn the nobility of serving..."

Yesterday a few members of Iota Gamma and "brought the creed to life" by serving at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. 

Seven of us teamed up to help wrap take home trays of food for local residents in Trenton, NJ. It seemed like such a minor task, but meant so much to the people who came through the line to get food. SO many of them thanked us and were so appreciative of enjoying our smiles and "bright eyes that lit up the whole room".

Yesterday was just another day that makes me so proud to be a part of an organization where I can serve others around me in order to learn more about what is going on outside of my own daily life.
